This concept involved the masterplanning of an industrial site in Melton, and the sketch design of a number of warehouses of varying sizes. The design of the warehouses, were required to be playful, yet of minimal materials and cost. The idea of exploiting the lot numbers as decoration allowed a cost effective solution.

Pavan Consultants was engaged by the client to create a colour scheme for a series of proposed warehouses and offices. The scheme called for neutral tones to be juxtaposed with bright accents, to distinguish the numerous premises from one another. Landscaping also played a significant role in the design, with the inclusion of as much vegetation as possible.
