Hockingstuart Commercial and Residential Redevelopment- Surrey Hills
Under Construction
$2.0M
The client engaged Pavan Consultants to design this commercial and residential mixed use building on a prominent corner in Surrey Hills. The facade expresses its corporate program on the first two levels, through the use of glazing and concrete. The top level contains residential apartments, and uses a mixture of materials, uniquely defining it from the rest of the building. The narrow width of the site presented challenges of access and natural lighting for the design team, who worked closely with the client to resolve these issues while satisfying programmatic requirements.
