The Moorabool Shire Council, engaged Pavan Consultants as Project Manager of the redevelopment of the Bacchus Marsh Civic and Community Hub, which
involves the renovation and extension to two existing former education buildings into a new state of the art integrated early years learning centre and a
multipurpose sporting pavilion with function room spaces overlooking the Darley Oval. The scope of the project also includes infrastructure, road and
car parking upgrades within the Bacchus March Civic and Community Centre which also contains newly refurbished Darley council municipal offices.
The project also includes the replacement of the existing non-compliant passenger lift and lift core with new, modern, fully glazed and DDA Compliant
passenger lift and fully glazed lift core.

Bendigo Art Gallery Project Management

The City of Greater Bendigo, engaged Pavan Consultants as Project Manager of the major expansion of the Bendigo Art Gallery. The expansion inlcudes the construction of two new gallery spaces, an enhanced enlarged entrance and new storage and loading facilities. The existing entrance hall and ticketing area will be refurbished and will included new public waiting areas, and customer service desks / joinery.

Bendigo Library Project Management

Pavan Consultants have been engaged as the Project Manager for the major refurbishment of the Bendigo Library complex. The project will create a new community facility incorporating a vibrant precinct with improved accessibilty and upgraded technology systems. The new works will also deliver: A modernised and improved interior layout, creative areas for children, both internal and external gathering spaces and coffee lounge, new flexible community meeting rooms.
