The BRIT engaged Pavan Consultants to design a new food technology and teaching space for up to 20 students. A full production kitchen is featured at the head of the area, with each work station featuring upright cookers, sinks, and preparation benches. To provide start of the art training, the facility is also equipped with a new cafe / restaurant area and wine bar for students to learn on the job skills.

The library at Sacred Heart Primary School brings together education and creativity, in an exciting blend of colour, light and space. The library serves as a hybrid facility with a high-tech learning area featuring interactive whiteboards and a computer lab, as well as providing traditional library functions including meeting spaces, and quiet reading areas.

Melbourne Water Administration Building, Bangholme

The office interior was designed with the highest level of Interior Environmental Quality (IEQ) in mind, generating a stimulating and healthy environment for staff. A combination of natural stone, and bright blue and green tones were used on feature walls and in meeting rooms, creating a vibrant but natural working environment for staff. A high level of environmental sustainability was incorporated, through both passive design features, and mechanical Building Management Systems, including waste water recycling for heating and cooling, and automatic heat purging during summer.

Hockingstuart - Office & Residential Design

As part of the brief for this development, Pavan Consultants were required to design both the office interiors for Hockingstuart Real Estate and the residential apartments above. The offices utilised large graphics as wayfinding tools and implemented patterned prints in the carpet and privacy screens to create a vibrant office environment. The main meeting room features unique pendant lighting and a meeting table which links the interiors with the colour scheme of the office branding.

Dandenong RSL Stage 1 Works

The Dandenong RSL engaged Pavan Consultants to re-design the main TAB bar, bistro dining area, and convert an outdoor area into an indoor seated area for RSL patrons. The brief called for a vibrant and uplifting palette, which was achieved through the use of varying materials, textures, colours and lighting. As the first area completed in a multi-stage project, the new Bistro and Bar have allowed patrons of the RSL a glimpse of the exciting refurbishment of the club.
